Once your order is shipped, the tracking code will be sent to the email address registered on our website. For bulk orders, the shipping time may vary depending on the quantity.

Returns & Exchanges

For returns and exchanges, please contact us at info@paftam.com. You can send your items via Yurtiçi Kargo following the instructions we provide. The return and exchange period is 7 days.

Returned products must be securely packaged as originally sent. Items must be received unused and undamaged. Any damage occurring during shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for jewelry products.
