EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

If you want to return the product you purchased, what should you do?

If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased for any reason, you can return it within 7 days and receive a refund. To initiate the return process, simply go to the "My Orders" page and click on the "Create Return" button for the relevant product. You can send your return for free from any Yurtiçi Cargo branch with the "Yurtiçi Cargo return code" generated by the system.

Important Information:

  • The products you want to return must be packaged securely in their original packaging, undamaged, with tags intact, and unused.

  • For fragile items, you must protect the protective materials (styrofoam, bubble wrap, box) that came with the products when they were delivered in the same way during the return shipment. Therefore, the responsibility for any damage that may occur during shipping belongs to the customer.

  • For items with hygiene sensitivity such as underwear, swimsuits, yoga mats, cosmetics, jewelry, socks, the products must be unused, and the protective tapes and tags must not be removed for returns.

  • After checking the compliance of your product with the return conditions, the status of the return process will be communicated to you by email. The refund will be credited to you within 3-5 business days from the confirmation message sent to your email.

  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, the relevant product will be returned to your address with free shipping.

  • After the return process, if your basket amount is below 200TL, the shipping cost will be reflected to you.

I want to exchange the products I purchased. What should I do?

Direct exchange of the purchased product is not possible. However, you can use the right of return for the purchased product and purchase the desired product without making another payment by requesting a gift voucher. The product I purchased arrived damaged/faulty. What should I do?

If the product you purchased from Pafta'm Bodrum is damaged or faulty, you can return it within 7 days and get a refund. You can open a request from the "My Orders" page, send an email to info@paftam.com, or contact us at +90 252 363 0636 to return your package for free.

The received products are not the same as the order I placed. What should I do?

In this case, you can open a request from the "My Orders" page, send an email to info@paftam.com regarding the issue, or contact us at +90 252 363 0636. Our customer service will provide you with the necessary information regarding the issue as soon as possible.
