How can I obtain information about my orders?

What payment methods do you accept?

At Pafta'm Bodrum, we accept all major credit cards. You can also make your payment via bank transfer. The necessary bank details for payments via bank transfer are provided on the bank details page.

Can I change my placed order?

If the products of your placed order have not been shipped yet, you can change your order by contacting us at 0252 163 0636 or by emailing info@paftam.com.

How secure is it to input my credit card information?

All necessary security measures have been taken at Pafta'm Bodrum. Payments are processed through Iyzico and SSL security services to ensure the safety of your personal information.

Do you provide gift wrapping services?

You can specify your gift card message and request gift wrapping for your orders in the notes section on the Cart page.

I received an email regarding my shipment, but my product hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

You can track the whereabouts of your shipment using the courier tracking number we provided. For more detailed information, you can email us at info@paftam.com.

How are the delivery times for the products determined?

Products that are in stock are shipped within 3 business days from the time the order is placed. For products not in stock, there is a production time of 21 business days. During special occasions, holidays, and festive periods, there may be delays in delivery due to the workload of the courier company. Orders placed from Bodrum and its surroundings will be delivered by us and should reach you within 3 business days.
