For returns and exchanges, please contact us via info@paftam.com. You can send the product back using the information we provide through Yurtiçi Kargo. The return and exchange period is 7 days.
You must securely package the products you wish to return as we sent them to you. We expect the products to be returned to us in unused and undamaged condition. Therefore, the responsibility for any damage during shipping falls on the customer making the return.
