We deliver your products using Yurtiçi Kargo. Once your order is shipped, the tracking code will be sent to the email address registered on the website. For large orders, the shipping time may vary depending on the quantity.
For returns and exchanges, you can contact us at info@paftam.com. You can send the products back through Yurtiçi Kargo following the instructions we provide. The return and exchange period is 7 days.
When returning a product, please pack it securely as we sent it to avoid damage. We expect the products to arrive undamaged and unused. Therefore, any damage that occurs during shipping will be the responsibility of the customer making the return.
For hygiene reasons, jewelry items are not eligible for returns.
