We deliver your products using Yurtiçi Cargo. Once your order is shipped, the tracking code will be sent to the email address registered on our site. The shipping time for large quantities of products may vary depending on the quantity.

To make returns and exchanges, you can contact us via info@paftam.com. With the information we provide, you can arrange shipment via Yurtiçi Cargo. The return and exchange period is 7 days.  Please make sure to securely package the items you wish to return as they were sent to you. We expect the products to reach us undamaged and unused. Therefore, any damage that may occur during shipping is the responsibility of the customer returning the items.  Returns are not accepted for jewelry items due to hygiene reasons.
