All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Out-of-stock products are produced within 21 days, and production approval is provided via info@paftam.com. We deliver your products through Yurtiçi Kargo. When your order is shipped, the tracking code will be sent to the email address registered on our site. For large quantities, the shipping time varies depending on the amount.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us via info@paftam.com. Following the instructions we provide, you can send the item back through Yurtiçi Kargo. The return and exchange period is 7 days. Please securely package the items as they were sent to you. We expect the products to reach us undamaged and unused. Therefore, any damage occurring during shipping is the responsibility of the returning customer.
