Shipping and Returns Policy

• Shipping:
  All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Out-of-stock items are produced within 21 days, with production approval provided via info@paftam.com. We use Yurtiçi Kargo to deliver your products. Once your order is shipped, the tracking code will be sent to the email address registered on our site. For bulk orders, the shipping time may vary depending on the quantity.
• Returns and Exchanges:
  If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at info@paftam.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item via Yurtiçi Kargo. The return and exchange period is 7 days.
• Packaging for Returns:
  Returned items must be securely packaged as originally received. We expect the products to arrive undamaged and unused. Any damage incurred during shipping is the responsibility of the customer returning the item.
• Jewelry Returns:
  For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for jewelry products.

It can be picked up from Pafta'm Bodrum Bitez store within 2 hours.
