Shipping & Returns Policy

• Shipping: All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Out-of-stock products are produced within 21 days, and production approval is confirmed via info@paftam.com. We deliver your products with Yurtiçi Kargo. Once your order is shipped, the tracking code will be sent to the email address registered on our website. For bulk orders, shipping time may vary depending on the quantity.
• Returns & Exchanges: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@paftam.com. You can send your items through Yurtiçi Kargo, following the instructions we provide. The return and exchange period is 7 days.
• Packaging for Returns: Returned products must be securely packaged as we originally sent them. We expect the items to be returned unused and undamaged. Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Hygiene Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for jewelry products.

You can pick up your order within 2 hours from the Pafta'm Bodrum Bitez store.
