We deliver your products with Yurtiçi Kargo. Once your order is shipped, the tracking code will be sent to the email address registered on our website. For bulk orders, shipping time may vary depending on the quantity.

Returns & Exchanges: For returns or exchanges, please contact us at info@paftam.com. You can send your items through Yurtiçi Kargo, following the instructions we provide. The return and exchange period is 7 days.

Packaging for Returns: Returned products must be securely packaged as we originally sent them. We expect the items to be returned unused and undamaged. Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
