All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Products that are out of stock will be produced within 21 days, and production approval will be provided via email at info@paftam.com. We deliver your products via Yurtiçi Kargo. When your order is shipped, the tracking code will be sent to your registered email address. For large quantities, shipping time may vary depending on the quantity.
For returns and exchanges, please contact us via info@paftam.com. You can send the product back through Yurtiçi Kargo with the information we provide. The return and exchange period is 7 days.
Products to be returned should be securely packaged in the same way they were sent to you. We expect the products to arrive in unused and undamaged condition. Therefore, any damage during shipping is the responsibility of the customer making the return.
Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for jewelry items.
