For returns and exchanges, please contact us via info@paftam.com. You can return the product using Yurtiçi Kargo with the instructions we provide. The return and exchange period is 7 days.
The products you wish to return should be securely packaged in the same way we sent them to you. We expect the items to arrive undamaged and unused. Therefore, the responsibility for any damage occurring during shipping lies with the customer returning the item.
