For returns and exchanges, you can contact us via info@paftam.com. With the information we provide, you can arrange the shipment via Yurtiçi Kargo. The return and exchange period is 7 days. You must package the products you want to return securely in the same way we sent them to you. We expect the products to reach us undamaged and unused.
