Shipping and Returns Policy

• All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
• Products that are out of stock are produced within 21 days, and production approval is provided via info@paftam.com.
• Your orders are delivered through Yurtiçi Kargo. Once your order is shipped, a tracking code will be sent to the email address registered on our site.
• For bulk orders, shipping times may vary depending on the quantity.

Returns and Exchanges

• For products you wish to return or exchange, please contact us at info@paftam.com. Using the information we provide, you can send the product via Yurtiçi Kargo.
• The return and exchange period is 7 days.
• Returned products must be securely packaged in the same way they were sent to you. We expect products to arrive undamaged and unused. Any damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the customer making the return.
• For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for jewelry products.

Pickup Option

Orders can be picked up from the Pafta'm Bodrum Bitez store within 2 hours.
