We deliver your products via Yurtiçi Kargo. Once your order is shipped, the tracking code will be sent to the email address registered on our website. For large quantities of products, the shipping time may vary depending on the quantity.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you want to return or exchange products, please contact us at info@paftam.com. You can send the items with Yurtiçi Kargo using the information we provide. The return and exchange period is 7 days.

When returning products, please ensure they are securely packed as they were when we sent them to you. We expect the products to be returned in unused and undamaged condition. Therefore, the responsibility for any damage during shipping lies with the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons, jewelry products are non-returnable.
